We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
We know sometimes it's important to budget and receive quotes for your home repairs. We offer an assessment and estimation service for a $50 fee. If you decide to have your repairs and services completed by one of our Done by Dwayne technicians this fee will be waived. The removal of this fee will be reflected on your final billing invoice.
All of our estimates include a breakdown of the work to be completed.
We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.
We are able to complete emergency services for an additional charge of $100. This fee will be added to your invoice after the completion of your services.
